Michael Martino Sr.
Michael Martino Sr. CPM, has been dedicated to serving the real estate, finance and affordable housing industry for over 50 years. Throughout this time, they have received numerous citations and awards, including the IREM CPM of the Year, Past President recognition, Service Appreciation Award from the City of Glen Cove, and the Village of Tuckahoe Citizens Planning Award.
Martino Sr. CPM is a licensed real estate broker in the state of New York with years of diverse experience in real estate and property management. He holds the prestigious Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), an international professional organization based in Chicago, IL. Currently, he serves on the Executive Committee of the Greater NY Chapter of IREM. Additionally, he is a certified Public Housing Manager (PHM) by the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO). He is also an accomplished author with numerous articles published in industry magazines, and he has received a variety of industry and community awards.
Mr. Martino's previous experience includes serving as a Senior Vice President for an investment company, where he provided equity and debt financing and led business development efforts. He also served as a Senior Vice President and liaison to the chairmen of the NYS Housing Finance Agency, State of New York Mortgage Agency, and NYS Affordable Housing Corporation, overseeing multimillion-dollar financing transactions and managing a portfolio of $5 billion in mortgages and bonds. He has served on the boards of the NYS Housing Trust Fund Corporation and the NYS Homeless Housing Assistance Corporation.
Furthermore, Mr. Martino has held positions such as Regional Vice President of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), representing New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. He has also served two terms as Chapter President of the Greater New York Chapter of IREM, earning him the Chapter's Past President Award. In addition to his professional involvement, Mr. Martino has contributed to his community in various roles, including Executive Director of the Glen Cove Housing Authority, Chairman of the Village of Tuckahoe Zoning and Appeals Board, member of the Village of Tuckahoe Master Plan Committee, board member of the Vanderbilt YMCA in New York City, board member of the Italian Board of Guardians, and two-term Mayor of the Village of Tuckahoe in Westchester County, NY.
Currently, Mr. Martino actively participates in professional and community organizations, including the Executive Committee of the Greater New York Chapter of IREM. He is also a member of the Columbus Citizens Foundation and serves on the board of the Marriott Aruba Ocean Club.

With a proven track record in executive management and years of experience in finance, development, and management, Michael is a driving force behind the company's growth.
Before joining Martino Management, Michael served as the President of The Young Athletes Foundation (YAF), where he successfully spearheaded fundraising, marketing, and major gift activities. Alongside his role as a Project Manager in Westchester County NY, Michael transformed YAF into a thriving nonprofit, consistently increasing donations year after year.
Michael holds an undergraduate degree in Behavioral Science and M. Ed from Concordia College, as well as an MS from The University at Buffalo. Additionally, he is a certified ARM, ACoM, and PHM, Tax Credit Specialist and has a graduate certificate in managerial leadership from the Mendoza School of Business. His exceptional work ethic and achievements in business and education earned him the prestigious Young Alumni of Distinction award in 2020.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Michael actively contributes to his community by participating in various local charitable events and serving as a liaison to various boards. He currently resides in Westchester County with his wife Katie, son Michael, and daughter Sela.
Foundational Roots:
In 2004, Michael founded M2 Sales and Marketing, a company specializing in demographic studies and promotional gear consulting for businesses in the tri-state area. He successfully led the company for six years before turning his sights on the non for profit sector as well as taking on a Project Management for a development company.
